Several times a year I co-teach with Antonio Sangio during his 6-day Zoom Introspective Hypnosis Classes.  In this course, you will learn hypnosis from the basics; including different types of inductions, as well as all the techniques included in an Introspective Hypnosis session:

Antonio Sangio and I are colleagues and friends and we have been trained by the same teachers; Dolores Cannon and Aurelio Mejía, and have continued learning different methods. We both use similar techniques in our sessions. I collaborate with Antonio during this training; assisting, practicing different techniques, giving tips  and sharing my own experiences. This class is structured to allow participants to learn the techniques and then practice with each other.  You will not only learn Introspective Hypnosis, but will hear the stories about own own trials and errors and learn the do's and don’ts that Antonio and I have learned while practicing hypnosis with our own clients.
