How to schedule an appointment in Miami
All hypnosis sessions are scheduled via my newsletter which contain links to calendars showing the available dates and times where I'll be facilitating the sessions. It is sent out via email to subscribers on my mailing list approximately once a month.
Sessions in Miami are $500 with a 50% deposit required at booking. All deposits are made via the internet using a credit card and processed through PayPal. The rest of the payment is due before your session by pressing the CONTACT link on this website or can be paid in person at your session. Cash, checks and credit cards can be accepted in person. If you are traveling , be sure to inform your bank that you will be traveling to Florida.
When you receive the newsletter:
- Click on the link on the newsletter. (The calendar will open with available dates and times)
- Select the date and time and submit the request.
- We will receive your appointment request and then accept it.
- Submit your 50% depost ($250 for Miami) immediately after the appointment is accepted. Appointments will not be held without a deposit.
- You will receive an email with the confirmation and the address where the session will be conducted.
Your deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made up to 3 days before your session. A $10 processing fee will be charged and deducted from the refund.
If the session is cancelled within 3 days of your session or you do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will not be returned. Please be aware that your appointment will be cancelled if you are 30 minutes late for your appointment.
I do not have a waiting list. Any cancellation for a Miami session will be filled by an existing client who already has an appointment and lives in close driving proximity to Miami. All subscribers will be notified of additional cancellations via the next newsletter.
Sessions are facilitated in the Kendall area of Miami, Florida (33186). You must be able to climb stairs as thesecond floor. I am locataed approximately 17 miles southwest from the Miami International Airport and close to the Florida Turnpike. If you are planning to travel to Miami for your hypnosis session, Hotel Accomodations and Transportation in Miami. Please note that this is a very busy commercial and residential area of Miami and traffic can be very heavy. I have a cat and it may be in the rre is no elevator to the oom during our interview.
Traveling by Air:
We strongly recommend purchasing exchangeable or refundable airfare in the event of an emergency.
Some hypnosis sessions can run over the scheduled 4 hours. If traveling by plane, arrive the day before in case there are delays in your flight and leave ample time after your session before traveling back. Allow at least 3 hours after the scheduled end of your session to take a flight back. If you schedule a flight out of Ft. Lauderale International Airport, allow an extra hour for travel time.
