'All appointments for hypnosis sessions are scheduled through my monthly newsletter, which is sent by email—typically on a Saturday or Sunday morning at 10:00 am (Eastern Time).

The email will include a link to my calendars (in-person & online sessions) with available appointments for the following month. Once all sessions are booked, you will see a message that says: "No available times. We're either fully booked or not accepting online bookings for this service"

Guidelines

• You must be 18 years of age or older.

• All appointments are booked exclusively through my monthly newsletter.

• My calendar opens for appointments one month at a time, and there is no waiting list. If an appointment becomes available due to a cancellation, it will automatically appear on the calendar linked in the most recent newsletter.

• Appointments must be booked by the person receiving the session, using their own name, email address, and device. I do not accept appointments booked on behalf of someone else.

• Appointments are non-transferable and may not be given or sold to anyone else.

• Sessions are offered in English or Spanish, and you must be fluent in one of these languages.

Tips on how to get an appointment:

1. Know when the next newsletter will be mailed out. It is listed on this page. 
2. Set a reminder on your phone to check your email that day (Hawaii subscribers may receive it the day before if I have scheduled appointments for those time zones)
3. Have your payment information ready.  Payments are accepted via credit card (Stripe) or PayPal
4. Use the power of visualization to see yourself successfully booking a session.

You will not receive the newsletter if:

• Your mailbox is full or blocked
• You have an auto reply/vacation notification
• The email address you entered is incorrect or non-existent
• The account is undeliverable or has been suspended

Constant Contact, the service I use to send out my newsletter, will suspend the email address if there have been several attempts to deliver an email from me to you and it has come back undeliverable several times, I delete suspended emails from my mailing list.  So, if you haven't received a newsletter, first check your spam mailbox and if my emails are not there, subscribe again.
