What does your soul need to heal?

  • Think in terms of symptoms, phobias, unexplained pains, fears
  • Please do not send me any additional information about yourself or questions to ask your Higher Self!  This is hypnotherapy and we will be working on what your soul needs to heal.
  • We will focus on your present and your past, not about future events.

  • This is a sacred session for the healing of your soul. The issues we will address will be about YOU and your life - not about somebody else, nor world, environmental, political or galactic issues.

  • Please do not go into a session with the idea that your video will be posted on YouTube.

  • I will be doing hypnotherapy (not QHHT) and will dive deep into personal issues which do not get posted on social media.

Enjoy the relaxing energy of Alba's Oasis

If you are coming in from out of town and need accommodation before and/or after your hypnosis session, I would be delighted to offer you my sacred space. Rather than reserving a hotel room, you can enjoy some solitude in nature at Alba's Oasis. This service is available to my clients as a one or two-night retreat. A reservation is required.

Before Your Hypnosis Session

Set Your Intention
Once you decide to schedule a hypnosis session, your Spirit Guides and Higher Self begin to prepare you. Trust that thoughts, energy, and insights will begin to flow to help guide you into the experience.

Be Sober
Please refrain from using alcohol, marijuana, or relaxation pills before your session. Hypnotherapy works by accessing your emotions clearly, which isn’t possible when under the influence of substances. If you are on prescribed medications, continue taking them—but be aware that antidepressants may affect your ability to fully connect with your emotions.

Practice Relaxation (Optional)
Although being relaxed isn't required, it's natural to feel nervous. Practicing gentle breathwork can help. Close your eyes, bring your awareness to your breath, and focus on any areas of tension in your body. Breathe into those areas until the tension softens. If you like, you can use my visualization video to guide your practice. If you fall asleep while practicing—no problem!

Get a Good Night’s Sleep
You’ll need to be mentally alert to follow my guidance. Hypnosis is not sleep, and a tired mind will struggle to focus. On the morning of your session, take time to calm your mind. Meditate if you can—or go for a relaxing walk, spend time with a pet, or listen to soothing music.

Eat and Hydrate
Sessions can last up to 4 hours. Please eat a light meal beforehand and bring a snack for after. If you'd like, you can stop by the local café in Micanopy after your session (note: it's closed Wednesdays). Stay hydrated! You may need to use the restroom during the session, and that’s perfectly fine. Each time you re-enter hypnosis, you typically go even deeper.

What to Wear
Wear clean, loose-fitting, and comfortable clothes so you can relax fully while lying down. If you usually wear socks to sleep, bring a pair for warmth. If you wear makeup, keep it minimal or use waterproof products, as tears may flow during your session.

Practice Good Hygiene (No Perfumes Please)
Please arrive freshly bathed, with clean clothes and deodorant. Avoid strong scents such as perfumes or scented oils, as I have scent sensitivities and some fragrances linger on linens. If you’ve used oils or recently colored your hair, perspiration may stain the pillowcase—let me know so I can place a towel on the pillow, or bring your own.

Your Hypnosis Session

Private and Confidential
We’ll begin with a conversation and a review of your family members' names, childhood memories, and then address your concerns and goals. The hypnosis follows this interview. Sessions are strictly private, and confidentiality is respected at all times. No one else is allowed to attend or wait on the property. If someone drives you, please ask them to remain off-site until you contact them after the session. They should not walk around or knock, as we may still be in session.

Pets & Allergies
If you're attending a session in Micanopy, please note that this is my home, and I have a cat. No other animals are allowed without prior arrangement. If you have questions about service animals, contact me in advance.

Release Expectations
Every session is unique. Let go of expectations and allow the experience to unfold naturally. Hypnosis is a deeply focused state—not unconsciousness—and you will be aware the entire time.

  • Hypnosis is not sleep.

    • You are always conscious and aware during the session.

    • It may feel like a vivid daydream, and you'll likely remember most of what you experience.

    • It's normal to feel like you're “making it up.” Imagination is how your subconscious communicates.

    • Trust the process, and let your soul guide the journey.

Recording Your Session
Your session will be video-recorded and saved to a USB flash drive for you to keep. Please bring a new USB flash drive or SD card (minimum 32 GB). External hard drives are not accepted. You may listen or share your recording privately—but do not upload it online. I reserve all rights to the recording.

Publishing Sessions
Most sessions remain private. If your session contains helpful information for others, I may ask if you'd be willing to share it (with personal details and proprietary techniques removed). Sharing is always optional.  If you agree to post it on YouTube, you may contact me at any time to have it removed. (I do not publish sessions with teachers, health care professionals, memers of law enforcement or ministry, or celebrities)

After Your Session

Processing and Integration
You’ll be fully awake afterward, but may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, energized, or even slightly disoriented. Some clients feel euphoric, while others feel tired or unsure whether they were truly hypnotized. All of these reactions are completely normal.

Drink plenty of water, eat something grounding, take a walk, and take time to rest. Once you’re home, upload your session recording to your computer and listen to it—but never while driving. Each time you listen, the healing and insights deepen, as the energy and vibrations of the session are embedded in the recording.

Remember: this work continues beyond the session. Your soul may still be healing, releasing, and guiding you. Stay open to signs, dreams, and synchronicities in the days that follow.
