My Move to Micanopy - A Whole New Chapter!

In 2021, I moved to Micanopy, which is the oldest inland city in Florida.  Life is much slower here and you get to know and rely on the locals for information, maintenance, and repairs.  I've met some really nice people here.

I spent many months painting every room of my house.  It’s a form of meditation for me, and I thoroughly enjoy the process of transforming a room’s energy with new paint.  Two of the best transformation projects were my guest suite and cabin, which I offer to my clients and friends when they visit.

While working on chores around my home I was able to catch up on my reading.  With Audible, I listened to 15 books, many of which were over 50 hours long!  This included, of course, The Discourse by Jill Cole and Alba Weinman.  Books allow me to fire up my imagination and travel, meet new people, and learn about things I've never pondered.

In 2022, I began in-person hypnosis sessions in my home, and it gave me great joy to be in the physical company of my clients again.  Since 2020, I had been facilitating sessions online with clients worldwide, but I missed that heart-to-heart connection.  I now also offer my PandoraStar Deep Trance Meditation sessions, which can be done before a session or booked on days I don’t do hypnosis.

Once the weather got warmer, I held two Group Regressions in Nature which included channeling sessions.  Now that autumn and cooler weather is around the corner, I’ve scheduled my first two full day “Rejuvenate Your Soul in Nature” Workshops. These gatherings are a great opportunity to meet others who are on the spiritual path and take part in activities, group hypnosis and meditation.  All of this is done outdoors under ancient oak trees with my special “Silent Sound” headsets that transmit everything I’m saying to anywhere on my property.  It is a magical experience to be under the canopy of their powerful energies.  I hope you will come and experience this an in-person hypnosis session or event.

Introspective Hypnosis Class & Retreat - September, 2022

From September 18 - 23, 2022 I co-trained with Antonio Sangio at the Bon Secours Retreat and Conference Center in Marriottsville, Maryland.  The center is close to the Baltimore Airport, however, I chose to take the auto-train which travels directly from Sanford, Florida to Lorton, Virginia.

The Introspective Hypnosis class/retreat had 19 students who were eager to learn this method.  Some had already been practicing other hypnosis techniques, but most of them had no hypnosis experience at all.  Antonio explains each step carefully, providing plenty of material, examples, anecdotes and videos to teach this method.  I added my own stories and experiences.

The Introspective Hypnosis model has 6 steps:

  1. The Interview
  2. Inductions
  3. Navigating memories
  4. Finding the origins
  5. Working with lost souls
  6. Bringing the client out of trance

As each day progressed, the students went from looking lost and overwhelmed, to enthusiastic and hungry for more information.  By day 5, they were excited (and scared too) and began to practice everything they had learned.  On day 6, they did their first Introspective Hypnosis session in class with our assistance.  The wonderful thing about this class was that we're both there to answer questions from our own point of view and experiences.

The Bon Secours Retreat and Conference Center is surrounded by beautiful nature with trees, gardens, walking paths, a gazebo, meditation labyrinth, pool, and rock garden.  You can sit on a bench and meditate to the sound of rushing water by their beautiful garden or watch a deer grazing in the distance.

Meals are served buffet-style in the dining hall and this gave us an opportunity to eat together for breakfast, lunch and dinner to get to know each other some more and answer questions.  Water (hot and cold), sodas, coffee and tea were available all day long.

After dinner, we regrouped for outdoor activities and after dark, came back into the classroom to observe Antonio facilitating a hypnosis session for a volunteer.  This gave everyone the opportunity to see how their lessons were applied.

After two years of isolation, separation and mandates, this class/retreat gave everyone the opportunity to meet others like themselves in person, to develop new friendships, and to learn techniques that can help so many other people.
