I was born in Havana, Cuba and lived there until the government was overthrown by the communist dictator, Fidel Castro in 1959. Our family fled the country and after receiving political asylum, we began our new life in the United States. I grew up in Fort Lee, New Jersey and moved to Miami, Florida after graduating High School.  For over 30 years, I worked in the field of Telecommunications and Information Technology and loved my job, but yearned to find a way to help people even more.

On my spiritual journey I felt a deep yearning for more understanding.  There was so much to learn that I felt as if I was trying to drink out of a fire hydrant! This quest for knowledge not only enriched my own life but ignited an eagerness within me to help others discover their paths as well. Each experience, whether through automatic writing, coaching, or hypnosis sessions deepened my appreciation for the complexities of the soul’s journey and what it meant to be a spirit living a human experience. 

I became increasingly motivated to help others by expanding my boundaries and adding more techniques, thus accomplishing more with my hypnosis sessions. This created a ripple effect of spiritual growth, enlightenment, and self-healing for my clients and for those who watched my videos worldwide.  Thus, my journey evolved into a commitment to not only seek knowledge for myself but to empower others, fostering a collective journey towards self-healing and spiritual awakening.

In my hypnosis sessions, I use a combination of all the hypnotherapy techniques I've studied and call it The Spiritual Journey of Forgiveness™.  During these sessions, I use a combination of scalar wave frequencies, tuning forks, and tibetan bowl vibrations when I work with my clients.

Through my YouTube channel, I've shared hundreds of my clients' amazing experiences, presenting new concepts to people all over the world who are also spiritually awakening. I publish my sessions as a form of metaphysical education, and to remind everyone of the incredible, creative, and transformative power of forgiveness, and the Divine God force that resides within us all.

I currently reside in Micanopy, a small town in North Central Florida and facilitate hypnotherapy sessions, sound & vibrational therapy, and PandoraStar Meditation light sessions there.

My Career & Progression

1980 - 2017	Telecommunications	My career in telecommunications extended for more than four decades, encompassing a wide range of roles related to telephony. I have experience from operating vintage switchboards to managing projects, designing and programming PBX systems, wiring, creating voice recordings, and serving as Vice President of Network Services for the largest bank in Florida.
2006	Life Coach	I established Hopes and Achievements, Inc. and became a Personal Empowerment Coach, focusing on teaching my clients about the Universal Law of Attraction, drawing insights from the teachings of Abraham-Hicks and as guided by my spiritual mentors via automatic writing
2013	Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)	I discovered Dolores Cannon's videos on YouTube, which led me to realize that the natural progression from life coaching involved utilizing hypnosis to connect with an individual's soul. Consequently, I enrolled in her QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) course and became a QHHT practitioner.
2014	Minister	Given the spiritual nature of my work, I became a Minister of the Universal Life Church and am officially acknowledged as a member of the monastery, with all the rights and privileges to carry out the duties of the ministry.
2016	Introspective Hypnosis	I was mentored by the world-renowned Colombian hypnotherapist, Aurelio Mejia, in Medellin, Colombia, and expanded my practice using Forgiveness Therapy and spirit assistance techniques.
2017	Hypnotherapist	I was certified as a Clinical & Transpersonal Hypnotherapist by the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, a State-Licensed Hypnotherapy school in Florida.
2021	Past Life Therapy	I studied with Dr. Jose Luis Cabouli and became certified in TVP (Terapias de Vidas Pasadas) aka Past Life Therapy.  This efficient and targeted method directly addresses traumas from both present and past lives that impact you today. It resembles "soul surgery," as it brings the unconscious to awareness, initiating the healing process for the soul.
2021	Author	I co-authored The Discourse - Jill Cole & Alba Weinman, a book of 12 channeled hypnosis sessions to prepare humanity for the ascension.  It was a labor of love.
2024	Sound & Vibrational Healing	I was certified as a practitioner of Sound Healing and Vibrational Healing. I provide sound therapy sessions using tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes and other vibrational instruments.
